In 2016, Cait hit rock bottom. She started experiencing severe panic attacks (multiple times a day), major digestive challenges, chronic fatigue, inflammation & so much more.

It wasn’t until she learned that the chronic stress she was facing led her nervous system into a state of dysregulation, that she was able to heal her chronic health condition from the inside out. She was able to retire from her financial services career and finally take the leap into entrepreneurship to create the impact she knew she was meant to have on the world.
