My journey in entrepreneurship and speaking began in 2017, when I resigned from my 7+ year career as a VP Sales in the financial services industry. Years of that “hustle and go” lifestyle culminated into a breaking point - the Universe woke me up big time. I had developed PMDD (a chronic health condition) and was ridden with anxiety due to a dysregulated nervous system.
I decided it was time to go back into the workplace and help leaders and organizations to catalyze a new way of working and living…
A way that puts the human back in the center of business
And she was born!
My first business… Modern Health Pros, a B2B wellness coaching & consultancy focused on helping teams, leaders & organizations to build resilience and adapt faster to change.
Since then, I’ve spoken to hundreds of organizations & thousands of people on wellness, mindfulness, resilience, stress management, compassion – and other important human topics. I am regularly hired by organizations (from small startups to some of the largest enterprises) to inspire, educate & motivate their teams towards greater success, without sacrificing their wellbeing.

Some modules might take you 20 minutes and others might take you days to work through.
